Stics and Stones is a handmade jewelry studio. Throughout these Terms we refer to ourselves as Stics and Stones, we, us, or our, and to you, the visitor or customer, as you. We design and hand finish gemstone bracelets, necklaces, bangles, pendants, and jewelry sets from genuine natural stone, along with a line of hand turned pens. Everything we sell is created for you to enjoy and to wear or use, and is offered for sale through the site.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your place of residence, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

We work hard to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Because our jewelry is made from natural stone and finished by hand, color, pattern, size, and natural inclusions vary from piece to piece and may differ slightly from the images shown, which can also appear differently depending on your screen.
